This trail starts at the Biddle Building Parking area just next to the tennis courts.  The parking lot is not typically full.  There is a water fountain and port-a-potty by the fields and the tennis courts.  This trail has just a few steeper sections, but for the most part, is flat and wide.  From the parking area, join the Braddock trail headed left, toward the Environmental Charter School.  You will take the path past the school and into the woods.  Keep headed straight, on your right you will be able to see the valley below with the stream below you.  When you come you a newer set of steps to your right, keep going straight on the Braddock trail.  Along this trail you will find at least 2 benches to stop and rest.  At about .6 miles you will find yourself at a very steep road.  Walk across the road and continue on the Braddock trail for an additional .6 miles if you wish to take a longer walk.  Turn around at the road and head back if you want to stay with the 1 mile walk regimen.  If you do choose to continue on. You will find a few wet patches of trail and then a gradual slope which will head you toward Highway 376 ahead of you.  Stop here and turn back around.  If you want to get a bite to eat on this journey,  Regent Square is just up ahead by taking a left on the trail at the last intersection and walking up the road.
